WHO I HELP
In my work as a therapist, I support people who need help with relationships, picking up the pieces after affairs or divorce, with building their confidence, and with life transitions.
I work with couples experiencing lack of trust and who struggle with communicating and resolving conflict. I also support individuals and couples deciding whether to stay in their relationships.
ABOUT ME
I’m a mental health therapist, lawyer, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I have a no-nonsense, direct, yet compassionate approach to therapy. I am an even-tempered sounding board and provide a safe space without judgement. I am open, perceptive, and easy to speak with.
My place in our therapy relationship is to help you find and develop the power that lies within you, so you can create the life and the relationships you want.
I live with my family and a Siberian cat named Misiu in a northern suburb. I am a native Polish speaker and have a fondness for working with the Polish population and people of Polish descent.

BACKGROUND & CREDENTIALS
– Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota
– Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline)
– Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colgate University
I completed an 18-month long practicum in private practice and at an agency, where I worked with individuals, couples, and families, helping them empower themselves and move forward.
I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. Prepare/Enrich is the #1 standardized premarital and marital assessment. The assessment is completed online by each partner and I act as the facilitator to address with the couple their relationship dynamics, strengths, and growth areas as determined by the assessment.
As I work towards my licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy, I practice under the supervision of Sarah Leitschuh, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Minnesota Marriage and Family Therapy Board-approved supervisor, LMFT license 1771.
